This is my third year using this tax software and I’d definitely recommend it. Clear instructions and simple to use.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import, Fast

I have been using H&R Block software forany years and was very dissapointed this year. I could not file my PA state taxes. It would not E file it. I spent four hours trying to file the state tax and ended up printing it and mailing it. Very dissapointed.
Pros: Easy to install, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used H&R for 5 years to do my own taxes, as they aren't too difficult. TIAA organizes my income very well. I found that the explainations for my different questions was confusing or just plain lacking. Because of all the tax law changes, I had different questions. At the end, when I ran the review scan, there were 3 problems that popped up. But there were no explainations for how to correct the errors. I kept going back over my return & couldn't figure out how to do it differently. So that was a major frustration.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to import
Cons: Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
