NOT AS EASY TO USE

I have use your program for 12 years.IT DOES NOT TRANSFER INFORMATION FROM PREVIOS YEARS EASY, FORMATT DIFFERENT. HAD PROBLEMS WITH FILING, PRINTED 8 PAGES WHERE IT TOOK ONLY 3 FOR TAX FORM FOR 1040 FORM. Note have degree in accounting and computers...
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare, Hard to import

Efile keeps getting rejected! Says my Tate return was rejected. I didn’t submit a state return. Texas doesn’t have a state income tax.
Cons: Hard to fix issues

Great but with issues

I have used H &R Block tax software for many years and usually run into the same issue each year. I manually file my state forms and it is always difficult to find out what docs need to be filed with the return. Where can I find this info and why is it so hard to find in this otherwise great software package?
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast
Cons: Time consuming

I used H & R tax programs for years found them to be complete and always checks my work when filling out the forms so no errors occur. I recommend there programs to new and old pro's so I.R.S. will get the right information.

Import from previous year is makes filing easy. One suggestion--give option to bypass itemizing if tax law does not change.

Works well. Have used HR Block for many years and the price is decent.
My only issue is that I can’t download my state in a timely manner. Others have filed state and federal but the software which told me originally I could download the update on 2/5 now won’t allow me to do so until the 22nd! Absolutely unacceptable!

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to install
