I bought it month ago and I just finished my tax returns. It is very easy to use.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Easy to import, Fast

I was very happy with the process and found it really easy to use for the most part. But, do not check pay by credit card unless you want to pay up to 2.5% of you tax responsibility for "convenience fee" charge. Oh, and you cannot change this selection after filing (when you finally find out what they want for their convenience.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import
Cons: Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Everything I needed

Purchased it in December and had it installed and ready to go. Was waiting as the documents started rolling in. They came, I'm done, it's filed. Now we'll see if the government can stay working long enough to get me my refund.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to fix issues
