Have used your tax software for many years. It is well-organized and I like the interview approach to moving through topics. One suggestion I'd like to see for future editions: a way to enlarge the text. As I get older, I'm finding it somewhat hard to read the small text on my screen. (If you already have this option, please make it easier to find. I looked, but couldn't find anywhere I could change this.)

Seemed some data did not transfer properly from federal to state all the time. Also seemed a bit more cumbersome than previous years.

Not bad but worse than other H&R Block options

The software felt clunky and tedious. I've used the browser based H&R Block system to do the same simple taxes in the past and it was faster and more streamlined. In the future I'll stick with the browser based system.

I have used Turbo Tax for years. Since they went to Windows 11 I switched to H&R. I wish I would have switched much earlier. H&R software is much easier and importing TT’s software was a breeze. I would recommend H&R software to anyone.

I am happy in general with this product, but there is one area that's very frustrating. They don't support the paperwork for Publicly Traded Partnerships very well. That would be (reluctantly) fine if they at least included all the necessary forms in their program for you to be able to fill in the added forms and include in your filing, but that doesn't appear to be the case. PLEASE HELP SUPPORT PTP's in the future!!!
