User Friendly

I have been using this software for two years after Turbo Tax. Very user friendly, questions are answered with information button if not sure. Love that the program catches mistakes you could be making. This is my new go to program for tax season.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Instructions not always clear. Al worked in the end.

Very confusing. I've used HRB for years and this year not only did they not seem prepared for the changes but it wasn't helpful anyway.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
