So Simple Yet Thorough

Received the program by mail late last year. Downloading the program was easy and flawless. Since I used the program last year, all my personal information was imported to this year's program. Entered my taxable information as I received it. So easy to follow and extremely thorough. The program did all the calculations and I was done!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

Not clear how to enter RMD

Bought in Nov. Satisfied with product. Did not show how to enter QCD.

User Friendly Interface

I have been using H & R Block software for over 10 years now and continue to use it for the ease of completing returns with a maximum refund. I am so confident in the results and work that I actually want to be audited because I know for a fact the tools work and the calculations have been validated. Within 2 hours of submitting my return the IRS and my state both accepted. Powerful tool for easy returns.

Box 12 codes

Over all ok but had to keep imputing codes in box 12. For some reason every time I moved over to the next box it would change to default setting. I had to finally move on without the correct choices. Luckily the missing information was caught during the accuracy review.

Credits-Education- name of college missing

My return was rejected by the IRS because the name of 2nd College did not transfer to form 8863. Name was input and viewable on 1040 but did not transfer to additional forms!
