Your email with the enclosed survey is titled: "We value your opinion". I don't think so! You don't give a rats rear end about my opinion. Once again your software was full of glitches and impossible to get help with. Why don't you get the bugs out before you release it???I really hate your software. I think I will switch next year.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
