Great Software

I have used both the FREE online version and the Deluxe software. Both are excellent, easy to use. The online version has a cool feature where you can take a picture of your tax forms (w2's, 1099-INT, etc.) and upload them. The program figures out where to put the information.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Software easy to use

My only problem was trying to update the software, took almost 2 hours because it kept stopping.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Very Easy to use

Everything went smooth until I got a rejection from the IRS. The problem was I amended my return last year and the Deluxe took the AGI from the amended return, not the original. Once I entered the correct AGI my return was accepted.
Pros: Easy to prepare

H and R Block is always a good product i have used it for years.

I would like to suggest that you place in your software somewhere in the beginning an option to take a standard deduction or itemize. As a retired senior I don't have enough deductions to itemize so standard deduction is my choice instead of going through the "lets see if I can itemize" routine. It is too time consuming to answer a bunch of questions that don't apply to me.
Cons: Time consuming

Walks you through the confusing mess of goverment

Wish I could enter and use "Cents" for all my entries. The government does when we get a refund when our tax payments round up!
I'm getting a 4K+ refund, yet you estimated I may be charged $9.00 for an "Underpayment". Explain that would you.
I like your product and have used it since 2006.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
