Excellent attention to detail in crazy tax year

I've used H&R before it was H&R--I think Parsons out of Iowa was the original software when Moses was a pup, later acquired by H&R. Especially impressed by customer support to explain why unfinalized forms were keeping me from filing my return as early as I usually do--and impressed H&R was on the ball in this wacky tax year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Every year this makes the tax burden easy and simple. Never an issue. Forwards last years info automatically. No need to pay someone to do this for you.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

We have always used H&R Block Software for our taxes because it's so simple anyone can do it! If you don't know what something means they have information beside it to explain what they are wanting! Very happy with them every year!
