Decent Product

A good product overall. My only issue had to do with the federal itemized deduction for medical insurance premiums. There is a federal inside limit for Long Term Care premiums that are deductible via schedule A. H&R does not ask the necessary separate questions about this inside limit via-a-via what you actually paid when building the Schedule A total for medical expenses. Major oversight.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Only complaint is they would not File my georgia return at to print off and mail

I love this software, 2nd year been using it. Very easy saves you time and money. I had a question and I called the 24 hour line and they where there to help me out.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have used H&R Block tax software for years. I won't use anything else. It is a great product! Even when our taxes were complicated,it worked well. You just follow instructions and fill in the blanks.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Could not put in Goodwill Investments-- could not eFile. After several attempts at correcting date issue. I just ate the $21 benefit and deleted form to efile. I don't thing State price is justified cost-- I could file State for nothing.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund

Software was not inclusive

Federal return - software failed to indicate that return did not need to be filed since taxable income was below filing requirements.
State - Again same situation as federal, plus did not include OH Sch J as required. Should have offered OH IT 10 Information Notice form
