Decent tax software with room for improvements

The software is mediocre and sometimes confusing with some questions that are backwards. It has all the necessary forms and filing is easy. It lacks a nice overview summary page with graphics and a tax comparison with the previous year.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
