Deluxe was a breeze to use!

I would recommend this product for people who want to file on their own. Very user-friendly. The phone assistance took a little while though.. everything else was great!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I've been using this program for over a decade. I'm very familiar with the program and I find it easy and accurate.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Worst H & R Block Software Ever

Bought in November 2018 for 2019. 2018 Edition is the worst ever. Calculations changes from one days to the next. Software is hard to find, Links to save copy of return DO NOT WORK. UPDATES TO STATE NON EXISTANT
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Product was good, as usual, but I could not find a way to undo a mistake I had made. Therefore, I had a do another return (without the mistake!). Should have

I've been using H&R Block tax software since 2008. Maybe it is because of the change in the tax codes but this product was not up to its usual standards. Very confusing.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Hard to File

I've used Block for at least a decade and never had so much trouble than I had this year. It would not advance to the payment screen to pay for state e-filing and I had to call. Luckily, your tech was very helpful.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
