Federal Tax was fine, OH State tax was not!
I had a problem with my AGI transferring to my OH State tax. it came as an alert! I checked both amounts and they were the same but I couldn't file my OH Return electronically, so I had to mail it in.

I've been using H&R Block software for over 20 years. Overall I'm happy with the product. My one complaint is when I'm ready to submit and I want to direct funds to/from my bank account I have to enter the bank routing number and account number 4 times. twice for Federal and twice for State. I understand the need to ask twice to ensure correct information, but 4 times? And, why not have the software remember this information from last year?
Pros: Easy to prepare

The tax software worked fairly well. However, when I went to e-file / submit it took forever trying to connect and finally it came up and said can't connect to server and check my internet, proxy server, etc. I closed that notification and it instantly connected and submitted by state / federal. Inside the program it still shows I haven't submitted. I did this in late March - shouldn't be a server issue and my high-speed internet working perfectly. Had same issue when attempting to e-file my Dad's taxes, but didn't submit on the 2nd try and I had to try again the next day. Next day encountered the same issue, but it did instantly submit after first giving the connection error. We've brought the software for many years and never had any issues with e-filing submit - this needs to get fixed!!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
