Best Tax Software

Taxes are complicated your return shouldn't be. Thank you H&R Block for once again making my return so easy.
I have been using H&R Block's Software for about 10 years and will continue to be a H&R Block customer in the future. The software will automatically link up and import previous years tax info from my files. This makes it easier because all I have to do it go in and edit and update. It updates changes made to your refund as you go a long and explains without all the technical jargon making it easy to understand what is going.

First time doing Tax Software. No Problems!

I absolutely loved this program. Going through it the first time ever, was a relative breeze! All my questions were answered by the help link that followed where ever I was! I am soo excited, and for almost nothing out of pocket!

Excellent customer service

There were issues with my browser downloading the software and later I had questions about how to update a form. The customer support was outstanding. My problem had to be escalated to a second level software support but I got constant feedback on what was being down to try to resolve the problem. It was fixed and I was able to prepare my return and file it without a problem.

With no dependents the program issued EIC.....By deleting the form I was able to get the correct answer

Still Easy to Use

I've been a user of H&R Block's downloadable software program for several years. I like the downloadable version as it allows me to also do my mother's tax return with the additional free e-files. This year's program is still easy to use and informative.
