Super easy! I have used this app for many years to prepare my tax return. It takes mere minutes rather than hours to complete! I love all the extras included and the price can't be beat for the prompts and advice through every step. You can't go wrong with this or, most likely, any of the many products offered! For some reason, the program wouldn't let me e-file my state tax return. Apparently the program was not set up to accommodate certain types of interest income. Wierd.
Cons: Hard to import documents

Going through this program seemed harder to me than it has in the past. In the AI Help assistant didn’t help. It only answers general tax questions I guess. Specific questions like where do I enter information from a pension it said it couldn’t help with that kind of question? I was able to import Needed forms, but then had to go back and review review confirm several entries and save after each one to pass the final review that did not seem necessary
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
