Great product; have been using same product for over ten years. always satisfied.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I filed without and IP Pin this could be checked for by looking at last year's return and seeing whether there was an IP Pin

Last years 2017 software was very easy to use, this years not so much. Not intuitive at all, had to call to request navigation help.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use, some issues were resolved after repeated trips back to correct my mistakes.

The software is not user friendly and it makes you pay to file state returns. It does not compare previous years results and its help system is very poor. There are alot better programs out there. Never again
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

Everything progressed fine but for some reason the printing came out very faded??
