Some Great Features

Some parts easy too follow but more work needs too be dome on some ambiguous sections need improvement. Turbo Tax also has problems. Whomever really makes it easier will get my patronage.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents

Have used Block products these past few years. Alerted me to a critical input error which I could fix and resubmit. Since I had to resubmit my credit card info for state filing, the jury’s out whether I’ll be charged TWICE for filing my state return. Hope not!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

I downloaded this about a month ago and waited for the changed. I walked through the program in the shortest time that I have ever done my taxes. I have used H & R Block's tax programs for several years and I intend to continue to do so.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

I've been using H&R Block Deluxe for 4 years. I went to it when my accountant wanted $700 to do my taxes and I'm happy I did!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have used H&R Block tax software for many, many years and I am 100% satisfied.
My returns have a small business, rental property, extensive personal deductions, and prior to 2018 had employee related business expenses, and H&R Block is very easy to use, efficient, and uncomplicated. If you aren't sure about how to depreciate property, then you may want to have an H&R Block tax professional review, but be willing to give it a shot on your own. You might be surprised at how easy it is. I have shown many, many people how to use the program and now they file their own taxes without having the tax bill from a professional. (I don't use the import documents feature, so I can't comment on that part of the program.)
