Easy to do your own taxes!

We have been using the H&R Block Deluxe Software for a number of years - it is easy to use and by having the previous year in our computer the software automatically puts in much of the information for the new year tax form. Again, it is easy and accurate!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

HAD TO WAIT UNTIL FEB 22 TO GET SOFTWARE FX FOR ENERGY CREDIT FORM 5695

Always buy H&R deluxe and it is always easy to use it every year. Having all the previous years info speeds up the process enormously.
Pros: Easy to import documents

I hope someone actually reads this! The product was reasonably easy to use. The price was comparable to other brands. However, I was having a problem accessing the software after taking a break. I called for assistance. The automated help line only had limited options. I wish there was a way to talk to a real person. The problem eventually resolved itself and I was able to file.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my first time to use this product and I am generally happy with it. It is comparable to the more expensive Turbo Tax software. However, it did allow a duplicate download from a mutual fund company.
I would recommend this to a friend!
