User Friendly Tax Software

This software is easy to follow and has some suggestions for taxes along the way. I really like doing my taxes 2 or 3 times, saving them to different file names to see if there is any difference in each filing. With the new tax code, next year I will use the standard edition.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

So much bug

This year this software was so buggy and gave me a lot of issues. Just to file my returns, I had to call three times to fix the software or download programs. Not acceptable!! It caused delaying filing my return and loosing money while I had to pay you guys and still spending a lot of time. This year was a second year that import tools was not working.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Most of the filing is very easy... however there are a couple of questions that are not... and there is no easy way to get help.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Software finally fixed

Thanks for finally fixing this software! I spent 3+ hours on the phone w your customer service....today after the latest update, now my return was finally accepted by the IRS (after being rejected multiple times previosly). You should offer refunds for poor product initially provided. I was told multiple times to mail on my return - glad I waited for you to do S/W fix.
