Does Everything and Easy to USE

I've been using H&R Block Tax Software for years and it keeps getting better. My federal tax was accepted within a couple of minutes after I filed it electronically. My state tax will be filed automatically on the last due date. Both my federal refund and state tax will be done automatically via my bank account. What else could I ask for?
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Form updates took too long

I’ll had to wait until February 22 to file due to pending form updates for Mac. Other formats and software had them available much sooner. This is the first time I’ve had this problem and I hope it doesn’t happen in the future.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

The worst one yet

Navigation is difficult, when looking to find specific questions within specific topics there absolutely NO worth search functionality. Not everything can be found clicking on topic links especially when you don't know which freaking topic it falls within.
I have been purchasing this product for years, this one is the worst. Suggest keyword or "word" search functionality, I would also suggest for the closing survey on this page to allow us to say what we want...stop with PROS & CONS radio buttons that do not convey what the customer wants.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Being able to easily copy filed copy into a new return would be useful to investigate different scenarios for next year planning.

1 have been using this product for several years. My favorite feature is the ability to import past year info as well as tnvestment info.
