This program gave me an incomplete address to mail my Iowa state return. My Post Office told me that a street address or a box number was required to mail. This is an issue that should be fixed in your Step 3 . Mail the return instruction on the checklist COVER PAGE.

I've been using H&R block for 10 or more years. It's gotten better and easier to use every year. It has good explanations on why it's asking me, and I like it double checks my filing before I send it in. I expecially like the ability to keep a pdf copy electronically, and the 5 free online filings. My wife and I are one, my two sons and their partners are one, and my daughter is the 5th. I like it import my data from last year, and electronically import W2's and other financial data.

2 unacceptable errors: one the program didn't notice that at age 60 you can contribute more to a 401K and made the extra contribution taxable. Ridiculous. 2nd Error didn't allow for a removal of excess 401K contributions from the ROTH 401K, it forced removal from the traditional side (which it wasn't removed from) and made that taxable. I think you do this on purpose to try and force people into a tax pro office for your programming errors.
