The only thing I felt that was missing was the final " effective tax rate" indicated on the tax summary, makes it more complete.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

Been using for years - easy to use, easy to find answers and explanations to all my questions and tax changes. I won't file my taxes without H&R Block!!

This is my third year filing returns using H&R Block software and love the simplicity of use. It took only a few hours to enter data and of course, a lot of info was imported from previous year. Wonderful!!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

Great program, but this year a problem!

I've used this happily for years. This year I had to do an update before I could send in my federal taxes. It asks "Do you want to save program first?). Of course I said "yes". After update, all the info was gone! My saved program was no where to be found. (And I do know how to search.). Had to enter everything again!
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Software is easy to install. Program can import your w2s for you. Just answer questions when prompted and it does the rest. One problem I had this year that I didn’t with last years program was that I was NOT able to print out a copy for my files. Something in the software was glitchy and it would only print out blank pages with empty boxes on it. Wasn’t a printer issue because I was able to print out the help pages and printer performed properly when printing a test page . Very frustrating after 2 hours gave up. :(
