This program is user friendly. It helps you step by step as you complete your return. I would recommend it to anyone. I have used it for years.

User of software for MANY years. Federal went well. Nebraska return had a hitch in the Local Sales Tax. Lincoln changed rate in middle of year. Dropdown showed the two rates, but there was no place to enter two different amounts. Just paid the higher rate and moved on. This needs to be fixed for 2020.

I have been using H&R Block software for many years. I go all the way back to when it was Tax Cut. The software continues to be easy to use and accurate which is just as important. The ease of electronic filing makes doing taxes ALMOST fun!

I've used H&R Block for the last five-six years, and I am always pleased with the results that I receive by using it. I won't even think about changing to another Tax Preparation Software!!

Simple and intuitive program.

I've used this program for about 12 years. The only issue I have is the following year tax planning program. It assumes earnings from wages and investment. It does not address retirement and social security income.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

I found the program process easy to follow. The only part that I had to figure out was at the end just before filing where the program pops up line items that were missed. The program should show more of the form so one can see what the form is without scrolling up to see.
