Program easy to understand and use.

User friendly. Five free federal e-files. I began using this program when it was called “Tax Cut”. I wish the State would get on board with FREE e-filing.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

The features were all straightforward, but the questions on the banking info. for making estimated tax payments were not clear. I like the automatic features, like carrying over the data from the previous year!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

BEWARE WHEN USING CREDIT CARD TO PAY

Love the program in general and been using it for years but decided to use the credit card payment program within and it did not provide a way to allow a date for payment and immediately charged my card as of submitted date.....not pleased. Deducted one star based on experience.

Taxes made easy

I've been using this for years and it's great software. In the past I had issues with a K1 corporation stock I had that was hard to report in the software, but I no longer have that stock so everything works easy as can be.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

Got and error that reduced my return by $3000

I got an error on the review that said to edit my 2017 forms??? I started a new return and I didn't get the error. ???
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
