This is my 6th year using the Deluxe program. Simple to use, just point and click!

Easy program but double charged for the state

Was double charged for the state return because the program had to update right before the e-file. Come to think of it the program did the same thing last year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nearly perfect

I had some trouble using the hrblock.com, so I downloaded the program through Amazon. I had some issues because I use the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion, but I have the same problem every year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

Needs to be more up front about state e-file fee.

Needs to be more up front about state e-file fee. This was the first time I used the e-file option to file. It wasn't till I got to nearly the end of the e-file process that there was any indication that there would be a nearly $20 fee to e-file my Missouri return. Next time I'll know better and will use USPS instead
