It was sent to me in the mail as usual! I downloaded it but it took too long for it to download! I finally turned my computer off and restarted it the next morning!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Easy Income Tax Preparation

The 2018 H&R Block income tax preparation software was easy to use and had many good helps. I felt I was able to prepare our own tax return very accurately!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Very Friendly Software

I've used H & R Block for many years and it works fine. This year the activation code that came with the download didn't work and I had to call customer service . The representative had me going in two minutes. He was very knowledgeable and courteous.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

There wasn't much for customer support on questions. I had to call a local HRB office and they helped even though they were not familiar with the software.

I have used H&R for several years and keep returning to it. Very user friendly, but what I like most is the feeling of confidence l have knowing that the final result is accurate and complete.

Deluxe 2018 Software

I have used H&R Block for four years. This year I had problems when trying to transmit to IRS&State. I was told my file was ready to transmit, I put the information in for payment, tried to transmit and was told I could not file until an update was done. I did the update & as a result, I have 2 charges for filing the State return, and hope the State was NOT filed twice! A bit of a glitch, very frustrating and should be looked into.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
