I have used this program for years and this year I have had no problems or questions.
I knew I wouldn't be able to itemize but it forced me to put in numbers to verify that. It should give you an option that states - 'Will you be able to reach $26,600 deduction level or even be close?'
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very easy to use and accurate tax preparation software. I have been using for many, many years when it was known as Tax Cut,

I've been using this program for over 10 years and it does the job every year. Just enter the numbers and out pops the return. Just make sure that you keep good records so that you HAVE the numbers.

Easy to Use and Great helpful hints

I thought the disc was very easy to use, gave helpful hints for items that sounded complicated. And it also made sure that I put in my real estate tax, which I had forgot to do, which increased the amount on my refund by quite a bit!

I had capital gain that was not going to be taxed. I assume that they included that in the deduction area because I took the standard deduction but they increased it without any worksheet that they printed for me.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been buying this software since it first was on the market..so easy to go from year to year..nice not to have to put all the basic information in and it reminds me of what I did have the previous year, like interest from my bank to see if I have any this year... really depend on this product, especially with the new tax changes!

Did not install like last year's program nor like a regular app. Had problems updating and ended up just being confusing to work with. Had to do a chat to get help to find information that I could not find with online help.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
