A have been using the software for years. This is the first year that I used the Delaware state edition. What a blessing.

Last time I use your products. I paid more for the state included program and then you sneak in another fee to file at the end. No mention of this whatsoever beforehand. Your greed has lost you my business

Good but not Perfect

Was not able to retrieve some information from 2017 tax return. Thank G for the HRBlock rep nearby. She was able to show me where to locate the correct section I needed and what to input
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I am a long time user of H&R Block tax software and I won't user any other software for my taxes. You have a great script to follow and its easy to get my taxes done.

Slow and Confusing

I wanted to run my taxes several different ways to see if Standard deduction or Itemized deduction would be better this year since the tax laws changed. H&R Block Software makes you create separate returns to compare, and you cannot jump back and forth easily. So now I have 8 returns saved, and i'm confused which one is complete, and the best tax situation for me. Also, my Federal return was rejected, and I have to mail in my state. I am not at all confident in the numbers that are in here. Document import was a pretty good feature, but I have to check everything that was imported, why not just do it myself.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
