In general, the software is user friendly and easy to follow. However, I was unable to efile my Arizona return because the software did not support Form 348. This form is used by thousands of Arizonans and should have been supported. Instead, I had to manually complete Form 348 and attach it to a paper return. So, 5 stars for the Federal software and 1 star for the State software. Would not recommend this software if you claim credits on an Arizona return,

Cons: Time consuming

Fast, Friendly, & Flexible

I have used Tax Slayer for a few years but their continual and deceptive increase in pricing led me to give up on them and I used your Deluxe 2018 this year. I was happy that I made the switch. Your program is much more intuitive to use and I finished my return in a fraction of the time that I used to take with Tax Slayer. Congratulations on a well conceived and executed piece of software.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

Program disappeared

Went to see the status only to find the entrie program disappeared from computer. Only thing left is the icon. Now will have to download again in order to redo return.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Been using HRBLOCK software for years, been very happy. Only problem I had was when I went to pre-order the 2019 product, all I could order was the 2018 one, which they are still saying will be delivered in November of 2018, on this page https://www.hrblock.com/taxes/products/software/preorders/direct.html
