Very easy to use

Worked very well, extracting data from previous year's return. E-file wasn't working well on my first Federal return, so I had to print & mail. IRS accepted this return within an hour. Helpful hints and review for accuracy keep me coming back!
Pros: Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not what it used to be

Quite a number of software bugs this time around. One specifically was the inability to over-ride the previous year's AGI. I wouldn't need to do this is the software had pulled the correct number from last years return (same H&R product). Mis-leading on not being able to e-file State without a charge, so ended up using the free online state version (from the state). Guidance was poor and I had to do a number of searches online to find or validate questions. Ability to search for keywords is lame (e.g. searching for job+expenses didn't yield anything, even though there was a topic on job-related expenses. I will go with a different vendor next year.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Why have you omitted National Tax averages to COMPARE against? Otherwise, still great and you don't over price it like others do...Thanks

I find it very easy to keep track of my Rental Property income for taxes. I have been using Tax Cut and H&R Block for 25 years. Never had a problem with the I.R.S.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Consistent Product

I have used this program the past 20 years. It is consistent, accurate and does a very good job of importing a previous years' return, saving time entering in mundane information. The state program for Indiana has really improved.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
