I've used this company for years after switching from a different one. It is always easy to navigate through the interview, and anytime I have a question, there is an information button that immediately answers it, including examples. There are even notes along the way suggesting things a tax payer might want to do, like allocate grant money to their dependent student so the parent can take a better college credit deduction.

I have used your software for several years now. In general I find it easy to use and customer friendly.
A very annoying feature is how the updates are done.
Many times I have been ready to submit my returns, only to be told there are yet more updates needed.
Then I have to go back through many of the same topics with an annoying waste of time.
The product is less friendly than Turbo Tax, but is a better dollar value.

Terrible. Wont let me finalize state until fed filed. Instructions on many forms lacking, almost as if u want people to have to come to an office. . K-1. process esp Trust & estate not clear, no good form instructions. None of the non urgent issues are easy or possible to clear. Penalty instructions terrible & calculations hit or miss. Whole thing now user unfriendly.
