Works well. Could help more.

The software works well, but it could help more: 1) it would be great if it would ask some personal questions, at the beginning, to help customers like me to skip over the long lists of "unusual" options that we otherwise feel that we should read through. And 2) it would be great if it would point us to options like the "enhanced deduction for seniors," rather than leaving us to find it (or not) on a long list of options.
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not intuitive

Compared to Turbo Tax this product is a lot less intuitive and helpful. many times through the process i felt like it was asking me to do my taxes and findg obscure numbers myself instead of insructing me. it also thinks i filed using his sotware ina previous year which is false. not impressed, will probabLY not use again in 2026.

I have used this soft3ware for a number of years and find it useful. Navigation could be easier -- after you're most of the way through, if you need to go back to check or change something you may have to click through a number of screens to get back to where you were.

Might switch to something else for next year taxes

Had to buy twice, since #1 downloaded to a PC that wouldn't play the app. Had to buy new computer just to run the program. Also, no simple item edit. All forms and worksheets. Tedious and disappointing after 20 years of H&R tax software.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
