No problems except waiting for software updates

The software took me through the step by step process really well, but when I finished, I still had to wait several weeks for software updates before it would allow me to file.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

I appreciate the format, being able to save data, go back to previous sections. Helpful layout to click on any section I need to review or start over. Nice to have Links to IRS publications for more info, and for option. to open specific forms to see the whole thing, so I can understand the context better when I am answering questions. I can go back frequently, like the identified errors or areas to review before submitting my return. Payment process a little less painful through an easy link to the IRS site.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

Can’t handle K-1

Used and liked this program for many years. Worked great until I invested in a Master Limited Partnership. I’ll be doing something different next year.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Entire program was hard to read, light colored font, small print. I found it difficult to navigate or go back to a specific part. It did the job but could have been easier and more intuitive.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I left Turbo Tax and found my way at H&R

Excellent product except support is super thin - expect 10 to 30 minutes to get someone on the phone after fighting through numerous auto-prompt selections. Then write down the bypass number and keep it. Great product at almost half the price.
