User-friendly. Ease of navigation. Tips and information at the click of a button. Clear and concise communication that is easily understood. Prompt and helpful feedback on filing status issues. This software leaves one feeling like a Certified Public Accountant! It is also reassuring to know that H&R Block guarantees in-person representation in the event of an Internal Revenue Service audit. Will I be filing next year's taxes with this software? H&R Block, you put the EASE in saying, "Yes, plEASE!"

I have used H&R Block tax software for the last 10 years. Always pleased when my taxes are not such a chore. Your software makes the job much simpler to understand with straight forward explanations and easy menu choices.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

Not as good as the past.

problems....
1. did not import W2 correctly. down loaded it 3 times and filled/left blank different fields each time.
2. when filling out college info on dealing it would pick American oppoptunity/lifetime learning credit with out telling why it picked it, and it did not pick the one that would give me the biggist refund. (1st year of college)
3. it dont let you know you can not electronic file, due to limitation till you try to e-file
(multi college, farm income, ECT)
