Easy to use; one mistake

Deluxe is clear and easy to use. Found one small error -- the CA Cover Page instructions say to not include W2 form with CA return. This is incorrect. The FTB website 540 instructions state clearly that W2 forms must be attached to the return.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

I have used this product since the "Taxcut" days. H&R block only added to the excellent product. Customer service has been excellent--courteous and very helpful. I bought the deluxe with a state included. I had to buy an additional state which I thought was a bit pricey.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

The free file access code didn't work (error: not valid) 5gsd-w9la. I had to use my credit card to efile.
