Have used this software for about 10 years, and always very easy and understandable, and no problems at all.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Walks you through everything, but one big fault

I've used H & R Block Software for several years now. I've also used other more expensive programs in the past and found this program to be quite adequate, but less expensive than the rest. One thing to watch for that I'm not sure the program addresses, is the INCOME of claimed dependents. This years' 2018 H & R software incorrectly inserted my son as a dependent until I manually corrected it. My son qualified in every way...EXCEPT INCOME. He made about $5000 in 2018, which was over the limit to claim as a dependent (WHOOPS). I don't recall any questions in the software qualifying dependents income. This could be easily corrected using their step-by-step questionnaire style. Even so I will remember this next year to not make a mistake claiming dependents. Will definitely buy again next year. Well worth the money.

Has worked well with the Trump changes

I continued using H & R Block Deluxe and it seems to have integrated the Trump changes without problems. Both Federal and State returns got accepted within 24 hours of submittal.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

Tax cut does it again!

Tax-cut is such a great product. I've used them for the last nine years at least and have had no problems. Easy to fill in the information easy questions to answer about a difficult subject. And not use the help because everything is playing in basic too easy to understand.

VERY HARD TO INSTALL ON MY IMAC. AFTER STARTING A NEW RETURN THE PREVIOUS FILE DISAPPEARS.

Overall your software is very good. I have used it for a couple of years and feel that you do a better job of helping get a better return than TurboTax. I have recommended it to my brother and he used it.
