I used it to file and my state return was rejected with a message saying someone already filed a return with my social. It was an instant scare and I thought my personal data was compromised and started the whole identify theft process. The return processed and I have received my direct deposit, the software status still says rejected. Contacted support with no help either. Other than that it’s working fine. Not the best and many fields you’ll have to figure it out or flag as mistake for no reasons, I suppose slightly better than free softwares?
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Could not have easier - download went without a hitch - once i had my information, i just answered the questions and filled in the information. Uploaded my federal return and paid the fee to file my state return - wish that was included in the price for software.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I have used your software in past years and it was always so easy to use. this year i was a nightmare. I am not sure why I couldn't look up things, problems all the way thru . I am not sure but I may have filed my return twice, your system didn't say whether I did or not but it definately took my money again for my state e file.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After 13 hours, and many attempts to file, with nothing but rejections telling me to fix issues you idiots had grayed out. I gave up and went to Turbo Tax, who was no stupid issues

H&R Block can't get it right

Every time (in the last 3 years) I use this program an issue comes up and seems to delay or prevent me from e-filing. It keeps saying that I can't e-file because of a calculation error. Your calculation error! Corrected it using H&R Blocks' instructions. It has locked me out of sending this e-file. This will be the last time I use this program.
