Low Confidence, Buggy Interface

I've used HRBlock since 2021. This is the worst year. The interface was buggy which lead to me having low confidence in my return.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was not very good. Maybe with all the tax changes but the quality control of making those changes was not good. Entered data did not get transferred to the appropriate worksheets so entered data had to be reentered.

Okay software but the help function is not helpful

I've been using H&R Block tax software for years. It has gotten better over the years but this year was a bit of a disappointment. Mainly, my problem is with the help system. It has never been great but this year it was of little help at all. One used to be able to get help on the specific topics, questions, and forms but now there is just a general help with a really bad search function. Google was a much better help than the help within the program. That's not right.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!
