activation code not used for filling

I purchased 2018 H&R block software & couldn't find my activation key free federal filling so I had to pay the fee for filling.
Pros: Fast

I use H&R Block Deluxe Software every year to do my taxes every year and will continue to do so. It is an easy to use product.

California state tax return

Errors in the Calif. tax prep. software would not allow me to e-file. So I printed return for mailing, but did not mail because I needed to make changes and software would not allow changes to my Calf. tax return.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The product does what it is intended to do. I answered the questions correctly, filled in the blanks correctly, and the program did the rest of the work. The final result came out perfect.
I found only one issue. Click on the "FORMS" icon, a window opens. Click on "Form 1040 and Schedules (US Individual Income Tax) Final", and Form 1040 and the schedules do not appear. Call it what you want, but as far as I'm concerned, the information that does appear is mostly useless.
Yes, I know how to circumvent the situation. Should I have to? No. Even though this is a minor issue, it shouldn't exist.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I purchased this online, the download was smooth and the instructions and updates we're so very easy to follow.The state download was also a breeze to download. Within a few hours my income tax return was on it's way to the IRS.
