I've been using this software for years and have never had any problems. I'm walked through the ordeal and it's all relatively painless. Just get your paperwork in order. Sit down and get going.

I have used this software for over 10 yrs. easy to use. Drives you they the process. Validates results and transmit to both Federal and State.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I have used this product for years, downloading the CD, next year I may try the app or website so an advisor can log in to assist me. Gets better every year. Easy to use and understand. Chat options are helpful.

All you have to do is fill in the proper blanks and e-file with a couple of clicks. My only disappointment was that I could download and run from the site but not from the CD. The CD said Vista was not compatible. Go figure. All in all super easy.

Excellent product with outstanding features

The product does everything it indicates it will do with ease. I have with used H&R block since 2004 with no difficulties. It provides explanations about each topic and if I don't understand something help is only a phone call away.
