software and refund worse than last year

Changes not explained. Refund thousands less than year before, but no explanation, no help. Software did not work 1st time, on-line version was HORRIBLY dumbed down = got a refund then got another CD. Worked 3 try, but lousy program. Going to try another tax program next year.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I buy it and my family uses the 5 e-files, which makes it easy for them

The software does not guide you through taxes properly or even explain them to you. If you have any advanced taxes you might as well go into a tax office.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Over all I was very happy with the software. It is very easy to use and has helpful tips and easily guides you through it. I would have given it 5 stars except it does not include a city income tax return like the Turbo tax I used to use did

Another year of pain free tax prep

This my second year using H&R Block, and again, my tax return was accepted immediately and my refund was in my account 2 weeks later. It's user friendly, and your electronic filing comes with the purchase of the software.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!
