The Customer Service Link Does Not WOrk

I have used this for at least a decade and this year's is the worst. I want to get help but the link to customer service does not work. I had to amend my first filing and Block does not provide a way to compute the state version.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used HRBlock software for years and continue to be happy with its user friendly features. I especially like Pro Deduction for ease of pricing donated goods.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I'd read the reviews of others, which is why I chose H&R Block software. Boy, I am SO pleased! It did everything I needed, and the questions and help-subjects cover everything imaginable! Big high-five to H&R Block!!
