Easy to use

I’ve been using H&R Block software for over 10 years and it just gets easier to use every year. Of course, President Trump made it really easy by consolidating the tax program for the average American. Thank you H&R Block and President Trump.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Good program, but with one suggestion: for the first time, I actually won some money at a casino and received a W-2G. I tried entering it with my other W-2s, but the box numbers are different on that form. If there had been a prompt that if other than standard W-2, it would be covered later, that would have helped. I called your help line (had to wait 22 minutes). The agent showed me how to get to the W-2G and was very helpful. But the program could have done this.

Product mailed to me. A little difficult to go to different cites. Such as itemized area when standard was recommended.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund

No reason to use any other software, Tax Cut has always delivered an excellent product.
