I bought this, and totally regret it. Not only did it double the income I put in, it didn't even catch it before I filed. So now I get to wait at least a month to even get a date for my refund. I put in all my information correctly, but it seriously doubled what I put in by making two instances of my one job. It literally said 1st and 2nd in front of the two.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this software at Best Buy. and was the best value at $25. I found this software so easy to use tat i would recommend it to any person who do does their own taxes.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

Great math but had difficulty making correction when IRS rejected it for simple typo. Had to start all over again with new return.

Trying to get past your mechanical voice answering to a problem I was having took hours of effort on three different days.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Software Discrepancies?

Everything went ok till trying to file the return! The software chose the previous gross income from an older (2015 / 2016) return and I couldn’t change it. Maybe I had wrong information on my 2017 return? No, turns out I received correction instructions from H&R after the IRS rejected it. I’ll never leave older files in the computer again except for the previous year. File accepted after the corrections.
Pros: Easy to prepare
