I have used H&R Block for many years. Would not use any other. Transfers last year’s info automatically, I fill in my info, and it’s done. Could not be simpler. Very good program.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

Software stinks and no person to help you fix it. I had 2 data verification questions that come from my W2 and last years return and the software can not handle those!
Pros: Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used the H&R Block Tax Software for at least 10 years - The continuity is great and the ability to download from financial institutions is very useful!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

I've been using this for many years now. Program is fairly straight-forward on how to use. It would be nice if they embedded the full federal & state tax instructions as part of the help. Also it's not always obvious how to fix the issues they find at final check. And they don't always automatically print the required payment forms.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

We use H&R Block every year and their software is easy to use, easy to understand, and accurate. It makes eFile a breeze.
