have used HR for several years; unable to after purchasing. Encountered several problems. I don’t know the reasons. I’m disappointed in myself and naturally blame the program. I’m purchasing brand “X” to attempt finishing my Taxes.!!

No confirmation without credit card re-entry?

It was great until I needed confirmation of my filing. I couldn't get it. I checked that my credit card was charged, it was. the AI assist was zero help. It is the Saturday before the 15th, yet live assist is not available. The online help says I must go through filing process again, where, at the end it will tell me it has already been filed, yet it wants my credit card again....REALLY?

Couldn’t use TurboTax since windows 11 was required and my computer would not run it. Will buy a new computer in 2026 so I can run TurboTax next year. Your product required too much searching for forms etc
