Not Bad for the price

The product does and adequate job, but it lacks some detail in definitions and process for various tax situations.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

No trouble with installation this year. The import of my investment data worked for the first time in 4 years. I was put off by the endless promised updates that delayed my filing - and my tax refund - by nearly 2 months.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Disappointed with Wisconsin State Application

I know from past years that the level of detail in the state software is significantly less that the federal side. However, this year it reached a new low. "Schedule U is not included in the software. Go to the website, download the form and complete it... enter the amount here." If I wanted to download forms from the state website and complete them manually, why would I buy your tax software??
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Printing problems

generally good, as it should be. when printing fed details of pension did not show up on printed page 2 of 1040 - 4b total does not appear properly as details to the left. could not find simple contact info to ask about this - email or online chat very discouraging
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

Bought in November 2018. Let the program download 2017 information. When the 2018 1099's came in... added as each was received. Made it so easy. Have been buying this product for years and will continue.
