Form not available with instructions

Form 740-ES was not available for State Return in H&R Block. I don't know if I will use product next year. Took me much longer to do taxes this year, I don't know if if was tax law changes or not. Federal was fine, State (KY) was not. They changed many laws and the software should have easier to understand verbiage.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

PDF PRINTER WILL NOT BACK UP FILES ON 2018 FED & STATE

Software Issue Needs Resolved

Be careful customers! This program has a serious issue when E Filing! I chose to file through the internet for both Federal and State Returns. This program does not work when using that choice. Choose ONLY FILE Federal through the internet! You need to get confirmation from the program about last years adjusted gross income before you know your E Filing is working! When choosing E Filing for both Federal and State Returns the program does not ask about last year's adjusted gross income. You think you have sent the program but it is not accepted! Be careful customers!

Way better than Turbo Tax. It went so smooth. I’ve been using H&R Block for the last 3 returns. This is my 4th return with H&R Block. Fast, easy, no hiccups. I’m happy satisfied and will continue to use the software in the future.

missing the videos and other help

I have been using this product for many years. It appears as though there have been significant reductions in help provided in other years. I attempted to get more information about several entries and the tips just weren’t there nor were the videos from years past. I may switch to the competitor.

Can't Keep My SSAN Straight

SSANs are pretty key to filing tax paperwork. The software changes mine to match my wife's SSAN very time I open or save the file. Therefore, I can't efile because the IRS rejects my return for incorrect SSAN. C'mon guys, it shouldn't be that difficult.
