there is a problem with the software I have, If I update it the files will not open. The verison I have and used to send federal tax is before the 3/16/26 update, I know nobody (H&R Block)will do anything about this. and I can't be the only one to have this problem.

I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A BIG FAN OF YOUR SOFTWARE. THIS YEAR I EXPERIENCED AN ISSUE WHERE I COULD NOT DETERMINE WHERE A NUMBER ON THE RETURN HAD BEEN GENERATED. I KNEW WHAT THE NUMBER SHOULD BE BUT I COULD NOT MAP IT FROM MY DOCUMENTS. I WAITED OVER 5 DAYS TO GET SOMEONE WHO TOLD ME TO DOWNLOAD THE RETURN. I COULD NOT DO THAT. WHY CAN'T YOU JUST LET ME KNOW WHERE THE NUMBER WAS GENERATED.

This year's program was as good as expected. Last year was different. For some reason, I ended up getting some web based system that didn't store anything on my pc. I was unable to transfer last year's info into this year's package.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to import documents
