Overall good program, but some errors found.

1. I e-filed my return and received an IRS acceptance at 9:25 am. You sent me an email at 10:20 am saying HR will file automatically, and will notify me when IRS accepted.
2. More importantly, your summary sheet of items to include in mail in return... left out an important 1099 Copy B. I realized the error and caught it before mailing return.

Been using H&R since2007, refereed & began using the software since 2013.
The ease of use and software features (Return preparation, filing/extensions options, etc) keeps me returning each year.

Only feature [but very minor] request:
For most current version to be able to open all previous returns; having to have each year-version of software installed is tedious, needing to open each individually at same time, having to go back & forth; have had problems with lost software during PC/hard-drive changes, [and memory consuming].

Too pricey

When you doing just one state and federal taxes price is okey. But when I did 7 states (6 non-resident) it so pricey. Plus program have not design for 7 states taxes return, lot hassles.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Minor Issue

I input my tax information with the shoebox method. I thought program was not working when I input 1009-DIV and 1099-INT first and it showed not Fed Tax owed in the upper left corner. Number appeared when I entered 1099-R. I'm not sure INT or DIV entries are in tax calculations.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
