I’ve used HR Block for 10+ years and it has always been so easy and accurate ( important to me because of my advanced age - 78 ) primarily because I was able to import the old as well as the new info. This year I was able to import the old info but after numerous trys (4-5) of importing the current info, I gave up and put the info in manually. Not certain about my accuracy I drove to South Texas ( I live near Tulsa Oklahoma) to have my son review the return It was difficult this year and I’m in hopes that filing my 2026 taxes will be easier.
Cons: Hard to import documents

i thought it was simple to do, but there are so many questions that i do not understand.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I previously used TurboTsx for several years. I started usingr HR Block Tax program this month and wasn't disappointed that I did so. I am able to use your prigram with Winfows 10 and don't have to purchase Windows 11 to do do. That was one of the reasons I switched. The fact that you can import previous TurboTsx pdf files for use with your prigram, was also a plus! I hope to continue to use HR Tax programs fir many more years
