Very easy to use!

I have used H&R Block tax software for several years and wouldn't use anything else.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

There is always something that bring up errors. For example, there was a question about loosing your spouse. I lost mine in November of 2018. This brought up an error so I had to go back and pretend that he was still alive. The other error had to do with filing long form last year which I did not, but I put in information to see if I could, so I had to enter the amount of refund I got from my state in order to electrically file. In other words, you get these alerts and there is nothing you can do about it unless you put bad information on your form. I don't want to mail my form in. That is one of the reasons I buy the software. If I wanted to mail it, I would just do the form long hand.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The software is very easy to use and understand. The FAQs and other information is helpful and once again easy to understand.. I have used H&R block software for a couple of years and am very satisfied with the way my returns are filed.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Decided to try H&R Block after many years of using the other guys. Very happy with my decision.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I installed the software received in the mail. After it was downloaded I kept getting messages that I was not recognized in the H&R Block system. A few days later I received an email instructing me to download it from online.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using this product for several years and haven't had any major issues. The only problem I have had is with the W2 section 14. I can never find the matching codes.
Pros: Easy to prepare
