For the most part, everything was fine. Then I tried to put in the account number and routing number for my savings account on the Colorado State Farms, and I could not get that to work. As a result, I could not file that electronically and I ended up having to stand in line at the post office to get it mailed to Colorado Department of revenue. So I think you failed on that. For all the good things you did you certainly blew it on that.

I receive income unevenly throughout the year and pay quarterly taxes as they are owed, not in equal payments. For years your software has incorrectly indicated that I do not owe a penalty, despite my completing the 2210 questionnaire. I have learned to complete the quarterly income section of Form 2210 regardless. At that point, if I still owe a penalty, it will calculate it correctly.
This year for the first time it entered an incorrect prior year AGI figure for electronic submission of my tax return. I could not determine the source this number. I replaced it with the correct number from my 2024 return and my return was accepted.
Otherwise everything works as well as TurboTax, from which I switched due to the higher price.

1. I don't appreciate being forced to buy your product this year and being informed after the money was taken out of my bank account.
2. Two errors were discovered in the MA state return purchased that can be directly attributed to your product. First, the email address entered in the federal part was not updated on the state return. Second, the state voucher wasn't included for print out with the other required forms. I had to search for it so I can use it. Third, there's no place to report these problems.
